1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with your Hidraliso purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date, no questions asked. To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Used or Unused Products: You can return the product whether it has been used or is still unused.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required to process the refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable under our 30-day guarantee:

  • Products purchased during a clearance sale or with a discount code.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return and request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at support@hidraliso.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).

  3. Ship the Product Back: Once you have received your RMA, securely pack the product in its original packaging or any other secure packaging and ship it to the address provided. You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged.

  4. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please take the following steps:

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original product following the return process above and place a new order for the replacement item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us at support@hidraliso.com within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with instructions for returning the product and offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

8. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping costs will not be included. You will also be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective.

9. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items or products purchased with a discount code cannot be refunded.
